Bombardier Global 5000 is an ultra-long-range business jet capable of making intercontinental flights at high speed and directly. Global 5000 has a cabin height of 1.88 m and a cabin width of 2.41 m. It has new generation specially designed seats and optional Visco Elastic cushions designed by NASA. The cushions adjust to the passenger's body shape when activated by body heat. Rockwell Collins Airshow 21 integrated electronic cabin control system, Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse cabin air conditioning and pressure control system, Goodrich Hella LED lighting maximize the comfort in the cabin. At the same time, Global 5000 offers an extremely quiet flight experience.

The jet has a luggage capacity of approximately 20 pieces and has access to the luggage compartment from within the aircraft. With seats that can completely convert into a bed, one or two large toilets and an optional crew rest area, the Global 5000 is designed for the comfort of both crew and passengers on long-haul flights.

Although it has less range and a smaller cabin than the Global Express and Global 6000, it more than meets all the needs of its class on intercontinental flights. Global 5000, which can reach a speed of 946 km per hour, has two Rolls-Royce BR710A2-20 turbofan engines. The Global 5000, which has the Honeywell Primus 2000XP avionics package, has been switched to The Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics in models produced since 2012.
