The Global 6000 is an improved version of Bombardier that replaces the Global Express XRS and Global 5000 models. Global 6000, with a cabin height of 1.88 m and cabin width of 2.41 m, is designed to keep the comfort of passengers at the highest level on intercontinental flights with a spacious cabin, fully functional kitchen, storage areas, indoor sink and seats that convert into a bed. The 6000 includes Bombardier Ka-band high-speed inflight internet connectivity, multiple pop-up HD LCD monitor screens, wireless music streaming capability, 5.1 surround sound system and Airshow Tailwind 500 system for direct broadcast Satellite TV.
It features Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics in its extended cockpit. The ability to operate on the most challenging runways, a soft and fluid flight experience, improved aerodynamic structure and wing design are among the prominent features of the Global 6000. One of the most preferred aircraft for intercontinental flights, the 6000 is a private jet with the longest standard maintenance intervals compared to its competitors.
Global 6000 can reach a speed of 946 km per hour without any modifications, with the power it receives from 2 Rolls-Royce Deutschland BR710A2-20 turbofan engines, which have the best power production in its class. The jet has a luggage capacity of approximately 20 pieces. The luggage compartment has special ventilation and can be accessed from inside the aircraft.
